The scope of this job includes leveraging project management skills and knowledge of technical functionalities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with project managers to plan and execute solution implementation tasks in alignment with client objectives. Lead requirements gathering sessions, provide analysis of current solution workflows and designs, and validate implementation tasks address gaps. Use valuable insights on business workflows to provide recommendations to client executive teams for leveraging the solution capabilities based on their objectives and challenges to create efficiencies. Serve as an advisor to clients by offering advanced consultation on solution configuration and leveraging sophisticated features that optimize user experience. Deliver advanced training sessions for designated clients on intricate solution functionalities and tailor the approach to accommodate diverse user needs thus maximizing the solution's usability. Resolve most solution configuration issues and mentor junior consultants by supporting escalations and training new hires. Update and maintain project statuses within project management tools, providing regular reporting on project health, risks, and milestones to internal stakeholders and client executive teams. Manage project forecasting, including resource utilization and effort estimates, ensure timely timesheet submissions, and oversee issue and case management to support successful project delivery. Perform other job duties assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in the home health industry. Proficiency with Salesforce, including reporting, case management, and workflow tracking. Experience with billing processes and/or revenue cycle management within healthcare settings.
