Role:
The Portfolio Technology IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) team is focused on creating, implementing, and sustaining workplace strategies and technology to improve organizational value and return on real estate investments. We provide meaningful engagements to develop impactful and achievable business solutions. We are seeking an experienced IWMS Implementation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IWMS solutions to our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong client-facing abilities.
What You'll Do:
+ Develop engaging and informative presentations for workshops and client meetings. + Facilitate workshops and client meetings to gather insights and guide solution design. + Gather and document client requirements for IWMS implementation projects. + Create detailed design documentation based on client requirements and project specifications. + Work with clients to facilitatedata collection and validation. + Manage and execute data loading processes to ensure accurate system configuration. + Configure the IWMS software according to client needs and specification, and document configuration. + Build dashboards and reports using the IWMS platform to support client analytics needs. + Coordinate and support testing activities to ensure the system meets quality and functional standards. + Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions to help clients use the IWMS system effectively. + Respond to client inquiries and provide technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle. + Conduct software demonstrations to showcase IWMS capabilities to clients and prospects. + Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IWMS -related issues. + Assist clients with planning and executing system upgrades. + Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestones. + Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time. + Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. + Leadbyexampleandmodelbehaviorsthatareconsistentwith
