Periodic Reviews) for all direct reports - preparation, review with manager & presentation Employee development activities as necessary to support team members' PDP objectives How to thrive in this role? You have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in an aircraft environment You have a Bachelors Degree. or equivalent experience in an aircraft technical field required You have a knowledge of aircraft systems and operations strongly preferred You have Project Management experience and PMI or equivalent preferred You have supervisory/management experience (desired qualification) You have knowledge of Aircraft Certification Requirements (Part 25) preferred You have proficiency in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Project You have strong organizational & time management skills to support multiple tasks You have strong communication skills to ensure clear consistent and timely information sharing within the team and across functional areas You have the ability to generate and give presentations to various levels in the company Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!
