Job Description:
Join our team as a Senior Project Manager, where you'll lead critical projects and ensure successful delivery across various workstreams. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact while coordinating complex initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, aligning milestones and timelines across multiple teams. Monitor project execution, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule, and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery. Establish governance routines to facilitate transparent decision-making among stakeholders. Coordinate activities across diverse teams, ensuring effective handoffs and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Support scope and change management, tracking adjustments and their impacts on the project. Provide management support during cutover and stabilization phases, ensuring readiness for go-live. Maintain project documentation to meet enterprise standards and support audit and compliance needs. Skills Proven experience in managing complex projects across multiple teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills for conveying information clearly to stakeholders. Ability to proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience in food industry projects or similar sectors. Knowledge of agile project management principles. Familiarity with change management processes and techniques.
