Job Description

Ledcor Technical Services has been building and servicing communication networks for customers across North America since 1979. We act as a key partner for our clients by delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and safety in all that we do. As a Field Project Coordinator at Ledcor, you'll play a key role in keeping our fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) projects running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the go-to person for managing daily field operations, ensuring everything stays on schedule, within budget, and meets our high standards for quality. In this hands-on role, you'll support construction crews by organizing documentation, compiling essential data, and helping drive progress in building out advanced telecommunications networks. Essential Responsibilities:
Assisting Construction and Engineering teams with field data collection milestone tracking schedule updates and stakeholder communication Compiling and processing construction documentation such as redlines as-builts splice sheets and progress photos Coordinating daily OSP operations with vendors and internal teams Supporting material requests subcontractor management and invoice reviews Entering production data employee and equipment timesheets and subcontractor reports Assisting with pre-construction walkouts white lining and utility locates Promoting Ledcor's safety culture by actively supporting the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP)
Qualifications:
One or more years of construction experience, preferably in telecommunications A mix of hands-on experience and/or technical training in a related trade or education program Experience in coordination or data entry is a plus Familiarity with construction documents drawings and specifications Comfort with scheduling tools and digital platforms like Office 365 PDF editors SharePoint Google Drive and GIS mapping tools
Work Conditions:
