Opportunity:
Fabr Global is working in close partnership with a prestigious family-owned infrastructure construction firm with a rich history spanning generations. They're actively seeking a high-performing Project Manager to join their team for a landmark, multi-year highway and bridge infrastructure corridor project located in the Cincinnati, OH area. Successful applicants will be part of a multi-billion-dollar mega-project transforming an eight-mile section of I-75 and I-71 between Cincinnati, Ohio, and Covington, Kentucky, to fix one of the nation's worst traffic bottlenecks. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and field coordination to ensure milestones are met safely and efficiently. Lead accurate budget forecasting, cost control, and comprehensive change order management. Directly manage Project Engineers, mentor junior staff, and oversee critical subcontractors to ensure quality control. Uphold and enforce stringent corporate safety standards and quality management programs. Resolve field and project-level challenges, including material delivery logistics, labor coordination, and contract administration. Oversee project vehicle, equipment, and tool utilization on-site.
Qualifications:
At least 10+ years of progressive project management or project engineering experience within heavy civil, transportation, highway, or bridge construction. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is highly preferred. But not essential. Demonstrated ability to establish strong professional relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively lead field teams.
