is hiring a

CIVIL ESTIMATOR/PROJECT

MANAGER, for heavy civil construction. We are a civil contractor, based out of Henderson, Kentucky. Our work area is generally within a 75-mile radius of the office. This position will require little-to-no overnight travel.

CIVIL ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

(Dirt work experience required)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and Analyze plans and specifications to provide accurate takeoffs.
• Prepare cost estimates and bids for all types of Earthwork, Site Concrete, Utilities and Demo.
• Tracking projects from beginning to end to ensure proper completion.
• Meeting with project owners and developing strong working relationships.

CIVIL ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

(Dirt work experience required)

Qualifications:

• Prior work experience in as a civil engineer, project estimator, or something in the field.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Project, Bluebeam Revu, HCSS Heavybid, ComputerEase Accounting and Agtek are preferred.
• High School Education; College Preferred
