Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery of projects. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help streamline processes, facilitate communication among team members, and maintain project documentation. Responsibilities Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and budgets to keep projects on track and within scope. Coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and task completion. Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates. Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other project-related materials using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and tracking project milestones using software like QuickBooks or other management systems. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via multi-line phone systems and front desk interactions. Qualifications Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent computer literacy with experience in data entry, proofreading, and document formatting. Strong communication skills with phone etiquette expertise; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and time management strategies. Previous experience in customer support or receptionist roles is highly desirable. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is preferred. $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
