Products manufactured include handcrafted, richly detailed ceramic and high definition logs, brick, stone and tile panels, niches, burners, embers and a wide variety of ember and contemporary media, all of which can be shipped in high volume with very short lead times. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented New Projects Coordinator Manufacturing to help manage new customer projects from the initial design stage through tooling, sampling, and production launch. This role is an important link between our customers, designers, mold shop, production team, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, comfortable communicating with customers, and able to keep multiple projects moving forward at the same time. Responsibilities Coordinate new customer projects from initial design review through production launch Communicate with customers regarding project status, timelines, questions, and follow-ups Work closely with designers, the mold shop, production, and other departments to keep projects on track Help coordinate tooling, sampling, approvals, and launch activities Schedule and participate in project meetings Track project details, deadlines, open items, and next steps Follow up with internal teams and customers to ensure timely progress Review basic technical information, drawings, blueprints, and project requirements Help identify potential delays or issues and communicate them early Maintain organized project records and documentation Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams Proactive approach to follow-up and problem solving Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and other computer systems Basic technical or engineering knowledge is helpful Ability to read or understand blueprints is preferred Manufacturing, tooling, mold shop, product development, or production launch experience is a plus Four-year degree is not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys coordinating people, details, and timelines. This person should be dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where projects move through several stages before reaching production.
