As the Project Manager, you are part of BEST PEOPLE, serving as a key partner to our customer and leadership team. You will lead projects within a manufacturing environment, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and communication to ensure successful execution from start to finish. Working closely with production, maintenance, engineering, contractors, and suppliers, you will oversee facility improvements, equipment installations, process enhancements, and operational initiatives. What are the skills necessary for success for a Project Manager? Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience developing and managing project budgets and timelines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of manufacturing operations and facility systems. Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, leadership, contractors, and team members. Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. What education and experience are needed for success for a Project Manager? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or facility services environment preferred. Experience managing capital projects, facility improvements, equipment installations, or operational improvement initiatives. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:
After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs. Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment. Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
