Job Description

Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator provides support and assistance to the project manager in various project-related tasks such as scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of project plans and delivering successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Assist the project manager in scheduling meetings and appointments Update and maintain project documents and files Communicate project updates and information to team members Help in information collection and validations for project tasks Prepare and distribute status reports and presentations Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in project planning and scheduling Ability to create and update status reports Knowledge of project management methodologies Experience with data analysis and reporting
