Job Description

About Us:
Hadley Energy Solutions has recently expanded by acquiring a HVAC company, and we are now building a dedicated team to grow our HVAC division. We are committed to delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. We value innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, and we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion.
Position Overview:
The HVAC Project Manager will oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of HVAC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires expertise across commercial, residential, and industrial HVAC systems, as well as the ability to drive growth, manage client relationships, and lead a skilled team of technicians and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage HVAC projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, budgets, and timelines. Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure projects remain profitable. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and industry codes. Lead and mentor HVAC technicians and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the HVAC division. Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial tracking, and client communications. Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to complex HVAC projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing HVAC projects in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, installation practices, and codes. Exceptional project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. HVAC certification and/or KY Master HVAC license.
