Oversee customer acceptance activities, including testing, punch lists, and final sign-off, and manage project closeout documentation and processes. Provide closed-loop reporting to relevant parties, including status updates, issue logs, and performance metrics. Complete monthly billing and cash flow analysis to ensure timely invoicing and healthy project cash flow. Negotiate customer changes and change orders, incorporating them into the contract, schedule, and budget while protecting project margins. Coordinate mechanical and electrical phases of conveyor installation, ensuring the correct equipment is on site, structural and mechanical work is completed, and electrical crews are scheduled and sequenced appropriately. Oversee site execution of projects in the $5 million to $20 million range, including supervision of on-site activities, labor oversight, and adherence to contract processes. Ensure all work adheres to the four essential project criteria: zero injuries, on-time completion, specification-compliant or better quality, and on or under budget performance. Travel to job sites, customer offices, and vendor locations as needed to manage projects both on paper and in person. Perform other project management responsibilities as needed to support successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Essential Skills Proven ability to read and understand contracts, specifications, financial documents, and bid drawings to fully grasp project scope and requirements.
