Excellent pay and extensive benefits package Snelling Staffing is searching for an Installation Project Manager for a window supply company with over 15 years of experience serving the Gulf South. This position will be responsible for overseeing installation projects and managing work crews to ensure proper construction. Eligible candidates must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record as they will be driving a company vehicle for job site visits. This will be a full-time, direct hire position paying in the range of $80,000-$100,000 with an extensive benefits package including 401K match, health insurance, and PTO!
Duties/Responsibilities:
Review job orders and assign crew members Verify siding measurements taken by sales consultants Create materials list for each job Oversee work crews to verify they follow construction and safety guidelines and use materials and equipment properly and efficiently Obtain quotes from vendors
Position Requirements:
MUST HAVE
previous management experience, preferably with installation crews Previous experience in the construction field is
REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of window/siding quality control and construction safety compliance Detail-oriented with problem solving skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
