  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the successful execution of various projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to help drive project milestones forward. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your project management expertise within a collaborative environment and opportunity to advance within the company. Duties Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities to meet deadlines Assist with equipment and material lists, purchases, and deliveries Prepare and track change orders and RFIs Data entry for manufacturer accounts and warranty portals Prepare, track, and manage submittals, System Letters and Data sheets Create / acquire shop drawings Attend site visits to document jobsite progress and field varifications Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Working knowledge of construction practices and general roofing materials/ techniques Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to travel as needed Computer skills in MS Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, Procore, Estimating Edge preferred
