Job Description

Senior Project Manager Ready to own high-impact, turnkey construction projects? The Personnel Consulting Group is working with a premier regional contractor executing premier builds in commercial and municipal sectors. We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Project Manager to lead projects from inception to closeout with precision, safety, and grit. 
What You'll Do Drive Execution:
Manage full project lifecycles—including bidding, scheduling, resource allocation, and financial health.
Build Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and engineers, anchoring communication in trust.
Champion Excellence:
Lead field teams while strictly enforcing rigid safety and quality standards.
What You Bring Experience:
8+ years of dedicated construction PM experience
Local Insight:
Deep familiarity with the Louisiana construction market, local vendors, and regulatory standards.
Tech Skills:
Proficiency in modern PM and scheduling software
