Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to provide interim leadership and maintain continuity across core accounting and finance operations in Metairie, Louisiana. This Contract position will support the organization during a leadership transition by overseeing critical controller-level activities, strengthening reporting processes, and delivering reliable financial insight for business decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of close procedures, analysis, and forecasting, along with the ability to step in quickly and guide day-to-day financial operations with confidence.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day corporate accounting and finance activities to ensure stability and continuity during the interim leadership period.
  • Oversee the month-end close process, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and deliver timely monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for key stakeholders.
  • Build and refine financial models to support forecasting, planning, and evaluation of business performance.
  • Partner with leadership to manage budgeting, FP&A activities, and forward-looking financial projections.
  • Review account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to improve accuracy and strengthen internal financial controls.
  • Analyze operating results and financial trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations for management.
  • Support finance transformation efforts by identifying process improvements and helping manage operational changes within the accounting function.
