Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate painting and construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be the driving force behind project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects align with client expectations, safety standards, and budget parameters. You and the owner will be in constant communication, you'll be his eyes and ears. Your expertise will help streamline operations, foster collaboration among our team, and deliver exceptional results on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful local residential and commercial projects while utilizing cutting-edge management tools and techniques. Must have a vehicle, drivers license, and your own tools. Pay is based on experience with room for raises based on performance. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate with business owner, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee daily site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards through regular inspections and site visits. Read and interpret estimates, knowledge of materials, and contracts to accurately communicate project requirements and constraints. Manage project schedules proactively by utilizing project scheduling tools to track progress and adjust timelines as needed. Monitor project costs and perform construction estimating to stay within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills . Strong knowledge of home remodeling, estimating, project scheduling, contracts management, and blueprint reading. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills. Deep understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations. Exceptional communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams. Prior experience in painting, drywall, carpentry or heavy construction projects is highly desirable. Pay:
$650.00 - $800.00 per week
