Job Description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Project Coordinator based in New Iberia or Houston. You'll provide logistics planning, controlling & implementing processes related to global fleet management, utilization and allocation Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers' worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades. What you'll do as
Project Coordinator:
Position situated in specified in the Gulf or Midwest locations for effective project management. Monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures closely. Lead stakeholder meetings, summarize key actions, and ensure effective communication. Stage new projects, maintain implementation frameworks, and ensure proper documentation. Support Project Managers in managing project budgets and scopes, escalating issues as needed. Coordinate with stakeholders, track project progress, provide updates, and ensure compliance with standards.
You are:
Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience. Preferably experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO (International Standards Organization) 9001 standards. Skilled in managing budgets with an accounting mindset. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Projects. Able to travel up to 75% of the time within North America, possessing excellent communication skills and effective leadership abilities.
