POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager - is an individual that has been selected to plan, organize and control production in an organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard and code.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise Production Teams and execute the efficient and timely production of goods. Work with the team to properly and efficiently plan, schedule and perform production activities. Enforce production processes, procedures and guidelines to support company objectives. Make improvement suggestions to all processes in order to continue to enhance production quality and capacity. Assist in the investigation of all production related issues and help to develop resolutions Work with the Facility Manager to determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for production execution. Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards. Manage and monitor time for all direct subordinates. Manage the clock in and clock out activity of all employees into proper jobs during the workday. Balance time with Administrative assistant each day. Optimize personnel utilization throughout the production process by utilizing only the employees necessary to accomplish the task Support all Company safety efforts and initiatives and promote safety as the priority within our organization. Always stress the importance of working safely. Enforce and encourage the obligation to STOP work authority for all employees. Ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment in your departments per maintenance standards and properly document and record. Ensure all materials are needed to complete the jobs that are on the schedule to be completed. Manage and maintain the production schedule and adjust if necessary, to ensure on-time delivery. Organize and facilitate all daily operations outside of the office throughout each day to guarantee that work is being accomplished efficiently and timely. Ensure the final product meets the quality standards and customer specifications.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Prefer four-year degree from accredited university; however, job work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. High School diploma is mandatory. Minimum five years' experience in a relevant domain and ten years in management positions. Excellent communications skills in English. Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing techniques Knowledge of quality systems and standards Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental standards and compliance Knowledge of process improvement techniques. Knowledge of machines and tools associated with our product line. Valid U.S. driver's license. •

From $25.00 per hour
