If you live and breathe spreadsheets, thrive in high-paced workflows, and excel at communication, this role is for you.

Primary responsibilities:
Oversees the Inception and Conception of all Project Assignments Leads the development and contracting of multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborates with the Core Management Team during Fabrication and Installation Provides prompt responses to client communications including: Follow up on any phone calls, conversation, or text message with a summary email, on which necessary Raven team members are copied and which ends with a request for follow-up if the email does not align with the client's expectation. Submits Proposal/ Bids/Quotes in response to Requests for Proposals Coordinates with Design on the Conceptual Development Coordinates with the Fabrication Director and other experts on Estimation Coordinates with Senior Account Liaison on Live Nation Projects Coordinates with Client to receive Final Design Approval Submits Deposit Requests on schedule Schedules and Co-Leads Project Kickoff Meetings Provides Budget Guidelines at Kickoff Coordinates with the Fabrication Director in choosing a Project Manager Coordinates with the Installation Director in choosing an Installation Manager Coordinates with the Fabrication team during the Fabrication Process Reviews Graphics and finish schedules provided by the Project Manager Budget review with Project Manager and Fabrication Director Manages and executes Change orders in coordination with the Project Manager Reviews and Redlines the Construction Drawings Assembles the Client Project Package Schedules trucking in coordination with the Project Manager and Trucking Supervisor Monitors Project-based Value Control (Are we building what the client is paying for?) Performs daily shop walk-through Identifies fabrication quality issues Resolves Value issues with the Project Manager Creates and Manages the Project in Project Management Software Performs On-going Client Communication and Management Regular check-in meetings or calls All calls are followed up with summary emails Install Phase communication via Install Manager May be required to be on-site liaison at some projects Closes out projects in coordination with the Project Manager and Installation Manager Budget reconciliation Final Invoicing Co-Leads the
Post-Mortem Meeting Role Requirements:
High level of expertise in Client Management Detailed knowledge of Estimation, Bidding, Fabrication Methods, and Scenic Design Detailed knowledge of Event Marketing and Branding Activations for festivals, trade shows, etc. Excellent Communication and People Skills Expertise with Digital Management and Communication Tools Project Management Software Client Relationship Management Software Spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) Highly organized and detail-oriented Ensures that the work area is clean and organized Familiarity with reading and understanding Shop Drawings Dedicated to the continual improvement of their work and the quality of their department Identifies wastes Identifies improvements Salary commensurate with experience.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
