Long Term - Project Control Analyst

AXIOS is seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist with strong Primavera P6 scheduling experience. This role will support project management by updating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, maintaining project logs, and preparing weekly reports.

Responsibilities include:

Update and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 Collect field progress and update schedule activities accordingly Maintain tracking charts, progress graphs, and project dashboards Maintain RFI logs, EWO logs, change logs, and related project documentation Prepare weekly progress reports, cost reports, and schedule updates Track planned vs. actual progress and communicate potential delays Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and client representatives Support project controls functions including scheduling, reporting, cost tracking, and documentation

Qualifications:

2+ years of project controls, scheduling, or construction reporting experience Hands-on Primavera P6 experience required Strong Excel and reporting skills Experience maintaining RFIs, EWOs, change logs, and progress reports preferred Industrial construction, EPC, fabrication, electrical, or oil and gas experience preferred Ability to communicate with project managers and field leadership Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Pay:

$50.00 - $56.00 per hour
