Project Manager

Job Summary Grizzly Roofing is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial roofing and in depth knowledge of low slope, flat roof installations (TPO, EPDM, Built-up, Metal, Mod-Bit...)

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure project success. Perform on-site inspections to assess project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide progress updates, and ensure customer satisfaction Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Experience in commercial roofing project management In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Built-up, Metal, Mod-Bit...) materials, and installation as per manufacturers specs Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Estimating experience and ability to decipher financials of a project Grizzly Roofing is based out of Scott, LA and services southern Louisiana.
