Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Residential Restoration Project Manager to lead and coordinate residential restoration projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex repair and renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, exceptional project coordination abilities, and a passion for restoring homes to their pre-loss condition. You will be the driving force behind project planning, resource allocation, and team leadership, all while maintaining safety standards and adhering to budget constraints. Lead the planning, execution, and closing of residential restoration projects, ensuring all phases meet quality standards and client expectations. We are a busy insurance restoration contractor that specializes in repairing residential properties after fires, floods, tree strikes etc. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow throughout each project. Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and controlling costs. Oversee construction site activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Utilize technical skills in Civil 3D or Bluebeam for plan review, markup, and document management to streamline project documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to schedules; address issues promptly to minimize delays. Prepare comprehensive project documentation including schedules, progress reports, change orders, and closeout packages. Foster a collaborative team environment by providing leadership in project management best practices while promoting safety awareness on-site. Experience Proven experience managing residential restoration or general construction projects with a focus on home repairs or renovations. Strong background in construction site management with hands-on experience reading blueprints and schematics. Knowledge of contracts administration, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation processes. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling and time management to meet aggressive deadlines without compromising quality. Experience working with construction estimating techniques and cost control measures within residential settings. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members. Prior use of Xactimate & Symbility preferred
Pay:
$59,143.19 - $71,226.21 per year
