Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to assist in developing accurate cost estimates and proposals Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to gather pricing and support project bidding efforts Prepare and organize bid submissions while maintaining required deadlines and documentation standards Support overall project execution, including scheduling coordination, budget tracking, subcontractor communication, and field support activities Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders throughout the construction process Help ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract requirements, safety procedures, and quality expectations Manage project-related documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress reports, and closeout paperwork Visit project sites as needed to monitor work progress, assist with coordination efforts, and help resolve field-related issues Preferred Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or related construction management roles Familiarity with public, municipal, commercial, or government-funded construction projects preferred General understanding of construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and project administration Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Experience using construction management, estimating, or project tracking software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or Microsoft Excel Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
