Job Description Lead day‑to‑day management of a $34M occupied school / public building renovation Partner closely with the assigned Project Executive and the VP of Development & Preconstruction throughout project delivery Oversee project budgeting, cost controls, forecasting, and change management Manage schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and on‑site execution Drive communication with public owners, consultants, inspectors, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and public-sector reporting requirements Support preconstruction and early procurement activities to maintain schedule certainty MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
