HVAC Project Manager | Commercial Mechanical Construction | ???? Our client is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join their team in Randolph, MA. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Project Managers as well as professionals who have supported HVAC projects and are ready to take the next step into a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities:

Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from initiation through completion Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Monitor project progress and ensure successful project execution Manage project documentation, change orders, and reporting Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining quality standards Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications:

2-8 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, or a related industry Prior Project Management experience preferred Candidates with project coordination or assistant project management experience who are ready to step into a Project Manager role are encouraged to apply Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with project budgets, schedules, and client communications Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required Why Consider This Opportunity? Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $150,000. [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
