  • Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for: Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the property industry.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with design and specifications. Managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule. Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders. Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant The right candidate will have: 10+ years of relevant experience. Proven experience managing construction projects in the property industry. Must have proven experience managing ground up multifamily and/or affordable housing projects. Must have proven experience within post-tension concrete construction (such as parking garages). Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Boston.
