They deliver complex public and institutional work and are widely known for safety, repeat clients, and consistent execution on technically challenging projects ranging up to $250M. Due to sustained growth and a strong project pipeline, they are expanding their senior leadership team. Job Description Lead large‑scale projects ($25M
  • 250M) from preconstruction through closeout Serve as the senior point of contact for owners, architects, and trade partners Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and risk at an executive level Partner closely with a Project Executive to execute overall project strategy Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration Drive schedule adherence, cost controls, and quality standards Ensure compliance with public work requirements (149A, healthcare, K‑12, etc.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: 12-20+ years of construction project management experience Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on complex projects Background in Healthcare, K‑12, Higher Education, Public, or District Energy Experience managing projects $25M+ (multifamily experience not desired) Strong command of Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam Ability to commute to Medford, MA or Norwood, MA What's on Offer Base salary: $160,000
  • 200,000 (flexible for the right candidate) Vehicle allowance: $8,600 annually
