Downtown Boston - State Street We are partnered with a fast-growing, highly respected commercial interiors contractor specializing in high-end tenant fit-outs and corporate interior spaces across Boston. Known for delivering quality work in fast-paced environments, this team has built a strong reputation with repeat clients and a collaborative, energetic culture. Their downtown office is young, driven, and team-oriented—making cultural fit just as important as technical expertise. This is an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on role, enjoys working in a tight-knit environment, and wants to be part of a company where their voice and impact are truly valued. Compensation Base salary in the $160,000 - $170,000 range, with flexibility for the right candidate. Position Summary The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully closing out interior commercial construction projects while meeting strict deadlines and budgets. This individual will lead projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage interior commercial construction projects through the full lifecycle Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with client expectations Partner with the Estimating team to review contract documents and award subcontractors Oversee project financials, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues Manage billing and collections to ensure timely and accurate payments Collaborate closely with Project Superintendents to maintain schedule accuracy and support decision-making Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site meetings Qualifications Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proven leadership skills with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail High energy, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Willingness to travel throughout Boston and surrounding areas What's Offered Medical, Dental, and PTO 401(k) Remote Fridays Free Lunch Thursdays Office snacks and a highly collaborative team environment
