This individual will oversee residential reconstruction projects from contract execution through final completion, ensuring exceptional project delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and profitable outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and the ability to help shape operational growth within a rapidly expanding organization. What You'll Do as the Senior Project Manager•
Reconstruction:
Lead residential reconstruction projects from contract signing through project closeout Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the reconstruction process Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations clearly and proactively Monitor project progress and resolve issues before they impact schedules or budgets Manage project costs, subcontractor performance, and material procurement Track project profitability and support efficient billing and collections processes Conduct site visits to review quality, progress, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with leadership to improve operational processes and project delivery standards Help establish scalable best practices as the organization continues to grow Must-Haves as the Senior Project Manager•
Reconstruction:
5+ years of construction project management experience Experience managing residential reconstruction, renovation, remodeling, restoration, or light commercial construction projects Strong experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Experience overseeing project budgets and profitability Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship management skills Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Project Manager•
Reconstruction:
Restoration industry experience Insurance reconstruction experience Experience working directly with homeowners throughout construction projects Process improvement or operations enhancement experience Construction management, engineering, or related educational background Experience using construction or project management software platforms Leadership experience within growing construction organizations
