The right candidate will have deep experience with: Ground-up multifamily construction in Boston Small to mid-sized urban multifamily projects, generally up to roughly 15 units. Historic brownstone and full-gut renovation work Old buildings, tight access, structural surprises, high-end finishes, and the normal Boston construction circus — managed without the circus. Daily field leadership and PM-level coordination Subcontractor management, scheduling, inspections, quality control, safety, documentation, RFIs, punch lists, closeout, and ownership communication. This is not an assistant superintendent role. We're looking for someone senior, calm, accountable, organized, and capable of running 2-3 active Boston-area projects with minimal hand-holding.
