per year High‑trust role with strong autonomy Employer-paid benefits + competitive salary About Our Client Our client is a 40+ year GC/CM firm with 40-50 employees and a strong reputation across public and private markets. They deliver ground‑up and renovation projects ranging from $10M-$75M and place a premium on high‑quality work, manageable workloads, and long‑term client relationships. Project locations span Boston, Metrowest, and the South Shore. They compete with well‑known mid‑large contractors but maintain a more personal, quality‑centered operational model. Job Description Oversee sitework and civil/utility scopes across 3-4 active projects simultaneously. Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to ensure all sitework activities remain on schedule and meet quality standards. Manage subcontractors, sequencing, logistics, and safety for all site-related scopes. Conduct daily site inspections, resolve field issues, and maintain detailed reporting/documentation. Drive field productivity, enforce safety protocols, and uphold client and regulatory requirements. Lead sitework operations with full autonomy while representing the firm professionally on each project site. The Successful Applicant A successful Sitework Project Manager should have: 3-7+ years of experience in sitework, civil, or utility-focused construction. Open to strong Leads or highly capable Assistant Superintendents ready for the next step. Proven ability to work independently and run sitework scopes with minimal oversight. Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills, field‑driven problem‑solving, and communication abilities. Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. What's on Offer Salary up to $150,000+ depending on experience. 100% employer‑paid benefits.
