Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized Project Assistant to support construction-related work in Massachusetts. This is a Contract position within the Services industry, offering the opportunity to help coordinate schedules, maintain project documentation, and keep daily activities organized. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative support skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to contribute to multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project timelines and track key milestones to help keep construction assignments moving according to plan.
  • Maintain and update master schedules, ensuring project teams have accurate information on deadlines, activities, and progress.
  • Organize, scan, and file project records so that documentation remains complete, accessible, and up to date.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for project management activities, including meeting preparation, status tracking, and follow-up tasks.
  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to relay updates, answer routine questions, and support a high level of customer service.
  • Assist with monitoring construction project activities by gathering information, identifying scheduling gaps, and escalating issues when needed.
