About the Role We are seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Project Manager to drive execution of customer delivery, commercialization, and operational readiness initiatives across the organization. This role will coordinate cross-functional activities required to bring new products, capabilities, and programs from internal development into external deployment and customer adoption. You will work closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, dependencies, customer readiness, and program execution. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives for new autonomous systems, capabilities, and customer programs Build and manage integrated project plans spanning engineering, manufacturing, operations, business development, logistics, and deployment activities Coordinate product launch readiness, customer delivery milestones, operational dependencies, and internal stakeholder alignment Track program schedules, risks, action items, resource constraints, and execution progress across multiple teams Drive accountability and follow-through across internal stakeholders while maintaining execution velocity Identify operational bottlenecks and help implement process improvements to support company scaling Requirements 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, GTM operations, operations management, or related roles Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with technical and operational stakeholders Strong organizational, scheduling, problem solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in fast-paced environments Experience building project plans, tracking dependencies, and driving execution accountability Comfortable working with engineering, operations, and business teams simultaneously Nice to have Experience working at a startup or high-growth technology company Familiarity with hardware products, autonomous systems, or defense technologies Experience supporting product launches, customer deployments, or operational scaling initiatives Exposure to government customers, regulated industries, or mission-critical operational environments PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus but not required Why Tycho.
