Project Manager Wessell construction LLC Danvers, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $50,000 - $125,000 a year 6 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Construction industry experience Full Job Description Wessell Construction LLC is a growing family-owned real estate development and construction company seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who is interested in both hands-on construction work and project coordination, with the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the company expands. We currently have multiple residential development projects scheduled to begin over the coming months and are looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with the company. Responsibilities
  • Complete punch list items on residential construction projects
  • Perform light finish carpentry and trim work
  • Assist with small framing projects (non-structural)
  • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors
  • Help schedule and manage daily project activities
  • Monitor project progress and report updates
  • Assist with material pickups, deliveries, and jobsite organization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
  • Work directly with ownership to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Help identify and solve jobsite issues before they become larger problems Additional Responsibilities (Preferred but Not Required)
  • Assist with preparing project estimates and budgets
  • Help obtain and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Assist with invoicing, job costing, and project documentation
  • Track project expenses and help manage project budgets
  • Support project administration and office operations as needed Qualifications
  • Construction experience required
  • Basic carpentry skills preferred
  • Ability to read plans and understand construction drawings is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic technology for project communication
  • Project management, estimating, or supervisory experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For
