Project Manager Description:

Work with the owner, architects, code enforcement officials, and others pertinent to the project. Work with the homeowner to explain each stage, provide updates, obtain approvals, and complete change orders for scope of work revisions. Develop strong working relationships with all subcontractors/vendors. Work with vendors/suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery dates. Manage the overall team providing clear communication of project objectives and guidance to resolve problems in a timely manner. Proposals and estimations through site visits. Create, Maintain, and monitor project budgets.
