Support and guide security technicians in the field, helping them grow into strong Foremen and site leads. Run the Day to

Keep commercial security projects moving by tracking schedules, budgets, and on‑site progress. Own the

Technical Side:

Oversee Access Control and CCTV installs from rough‑in through programming, testing, and closeout. Be the

Connector:

Requirements Required:

5+ years of hands-on commercial low-voltage security experience. 1-2+ years in a Lead Tech, Foreman, or Supervisory role.

Systems Expertise:

Deep knowledge of enterprise Access Control (controllers, strikes, maglocks) and IP CCTV.

Technical Setup:

Experience with back-end integration/programming of platforms like Avigilon, Lenel, or Genetec.

Blueprint Literacy:

Ability to read construction plans, risers, and hardware schedules.

Preferred:

Familiarity with Verkada, Genetec, or Axis.

Certifications:
