Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controlsCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineersMonitor project progress, quality standards, and safety complianceReview and approve contracts, change orders, and payment applicationsIdentify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactivelyEnsure documentation, reporting, and project closeout processes are completed accuratelyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost controlExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlinesProficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar)OSHA certification preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation packageHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementA collaborative, team-oriented work environment
