Landscape Project Manager urgent need $150000

Landscape Project Manager for general landscape firm (commercial and residential). Our top client currently has an opportunity available for a Landscape PM.We also have a landscape super opening. Key Responsibilities of Landscape Project Manager Maintains landscape project RFI and Submittal registry and tracks each through to closure provide leadership and guidance to others Provides regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders Project design processing of payment request and change orders Ensures that all appropriate documents are posted to the project database and provides assistance to vendor as needed Reviews the final soft copies of documentation, reviewing completion and adherence to A / E comments Tracks and validates approvals of Hard Copy documentation from project stakeholders communicates with super/ runs meetings etc Skills / Qualifications of Landscape Project Manager 5-10+ years of construction management experience preferred in landscape construction Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Effective organizational and communication skills Strong judgment and flexibility Experienced in working with multiple leads across various disciplines to solve problems and improve processes Why work here: Salary-$120-150k. plus Top pay Growth Rich culture top projects stable close tight knit group best projects #Civ123
