In this role, you will support strategic initiatives by maintaining project plans, tracking action items and milestones, coordinating meetings, preparing status updates. This role is responsible for documentation, follow-ups, general project support and ensuring leaders and teams have accurate, up-to-date project information to drive execution and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the accuracy of the high-level rollup summary of the Business Initiatives.
- Create and disseminate project updates.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate and attend project meetings.
- General project support.
- Coordinate project meetings.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, and Real Page.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- Superb attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree.
- Property Management industry experience preferred.
