Our top client currently has an opportunity available for heavy assistant project manager/APM to support their latest heavy civil construction projects (bridge and highway). The heavy civil assistant project manager will be an integral player in the management of the flow of information between the general contractor, the owner and other project stakeholders and help with design assistance and approvals process. Assistant heavy civil construction Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities Maintains project RFI and Submittal registry and tracks each through to closure Provides regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders Project design processing of payment request and change orders Ensures that all appropriate documents are posted to the project database and provides assistance to vendor as needed Reviews the final soft copies of documentation, reviewing completion and adherence to A / E comments Tracks and validates approvals of Hard Copy documentation from project stakeholders communicates with super Skills / Qualifications of Project Manager 1 to 5+ years of heavy civil construction management experience preferred specific to Highway and bridge preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Effective organizational and communication skills Strong judgment and flexibility Experience with heavy civil (roadway/bridge) projects is a plus Experienced in working with multiple leads across various disciplines to solve problems and improve processes Why work here: Top pay Growth Rich culture top projects stable up to 120k + #Civ123
