Our PMs operate without micromanagement, acting as the primary advocate for our clients and the central point of contact for all vendors, contractors, and consultants. You aren't just managing a checklist; you are a strategic partner to our clients and our internal leadership. Responsibilities Review and interpret plans and specifications to ensure they meet client requirements. Lead weekly project meetings and ensure the project team remains focused on milestones. Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and budgets, identifying risks before they impact the bottom line. Coordinate the RFP process, perform bid leveling, and assist the owner in finalizing vendor contracts. Align owner-direct vendors (IT, AV, Security, Furniture) with the General Contractor's master schedule. Conduct site reviews and ensure documentation accurately reflects project status. Oversee move management and furniture disposition for the client. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering) 3-8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in an Owner's Rep or GC capacity. Strong business acumen in project planning and financial tracking. Understanding of plans, specifications, and the RFP process. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex schedules. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word).Pay:
