Description:
Assistant Owner's Representative/Project Manager Exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Owner's Representative/Project Manager working for NES Group, a full-service design and project management firm headquartered in Mansfield, MA. This position assists in serving as a key liaison between clients, internal team and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning and preconstruction coordination Review of Construction Documents, RFI's and Submittals Support with project financial management including; budgets, bids, change orders and proposals Organize in person and Teams meetings with project team Attend project meetings, site walkthroughs, and OAC meetings; document and distribute meeting minutes and field reports
Must Have:
2-3 years prior Assistant Project Manager experience; preferably in the construction field Knowledge and ability to review construction documents Excellent communication, coordination and critical thinking Ability to be detail oriented when multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills for Microsoft Suite This position is a mixture of in-office and field visits. Candidate must be willing to drive/travel throughout New England and New York.
