Build some of the most high end custom homes in New England with a top builder Clear growth potential within a collaborative, tenured team environment About Our Client This established, privately held builder has been delivering high end custom residential projects for over 40 years and is recognized as one of the top luxury home builders in New England. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong client relationships, the firm consistently delivers some of the most complex and high value residential projects in the region.
With annual revenue exceeding one hundred million and a deep, long term project backlog, the company offers strong stability and steady project flow. The team is intentionally built with experienced professionals, reflected in high retention rates with many employees staying five to ten plus years. Job Description Lead high end residential projects from preconstruction through completion Work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams throughout the build Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement Support estimating, takeoffs, and financial tracking Coordinate with superintendents and field teams on execution Maintain exceptional attention to quality and detail throughout projects Build and maintain strong client relationships MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Project management experience in residential construction, ideally high end custom homes Experience managing ground up projects and/or large renovations Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across preconstruction and operations Detail oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship Strong communication and client facing skills What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging up to $140,000 full healthcare package 3 weeks PTO, 401k match Profit sharing up to $11%!
