Job Description Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to achieve goals. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. Oversee procurement and management of materials and resources for construction projects. Lead project teams and foster a collaborative working environment. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients. The Successful Applicant A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have: A strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes applicable to the construction industry.
