Contract Pay Rate:
$30-$35/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors) Summary The Senior Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the effectiveness, coordination, and day-to-day operations of the Major Projects group. This position primarily supports the Head of Major Projects and the Directors, ensuring smooth execution of priorities, efficient workflows, and strong communication across the team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level coordination and operational support to the Head of Major Projects and Directors
- Schedule and support project meetings (kick-offs, site coordination, status meetings); prepare agendas, capture minutes and track follow-up actions to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across the Major Projects team and stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and effectiveness
- Coordinate and track other priorities deemed required by the Head of Major Projects
- Maintain, organize and update project documentation/information in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Point, Teams, agendas, minutes etc).
- Prepare routine status updates and standard presentations for project teams and stakeholders using the Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years in executive support or project coordination experience
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive more efficient ways of working
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Preferred :
- Familiar with project management tools, methodologies & processes
