Accepting Candidate s About the Ro leWe are seeking a Store Fixture Coordinat or to support retail construction and store planning initiatives. This position will play a critical role in coordinating fixture procurement, monitoring project progress, and ensuring all fixture-related activities are completed accurately, on time, and within budge t. Key Responsibilit ies Review store layouts, site surveys, photographs, and historical project data to identify fixture needs and generate purchase ord ers.
Partner with Store Planning, Construction, Operations, Transportation teams, contractors, and vendors to coordinate fixture-related activit ies.
Monitor fixture procurement, shipping, delivery, and installation schedules to support successful store remodels, relocations, and new store openi ngs.
Maintain and update fixture management systems, ensuring accurate item details, quantities, and order status informat ion.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies within Oracle and support purchase order processing activit ies.
Track project expenditures and assist with budget management to ensure fixture costs remain within approved allocati ons.
Support cross-functional project teams by providing status updates, documentation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecy cle.
Ensure fixture orders are completed accurately and delivered in alignment with project timelines and operational requireme nts.
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives related to store development and fixture managem ent. Qualifica tions1-3 years of experienc e in retail operations, project support, customer service, inventory management, procurement, or a related f ield.
Strong proficienc y in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other MS Office applica t ions.
Experience creating, tracking, or mana ging Purchase Orders (POs); experience with O racle or similar ERP systems is prefe rred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadl ines.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail when managing project data, orders, and documenta tion.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams, contractors, and ven dors.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environ ment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field prefe rred. Compensation (MA Pay Transpar ency):
Estimated hourly range: $23-$23.5/hr (W-2).Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview re sults.
