Summary The Estimating Coordinator organizes and analyzes project proposals and requirements. The coordinator is responsible for working with the estimating department, sales and marketing teams as well as interface directly with our clients as it relates to projects and to bid-related questions.
Essential Functions:
Assists with reviewing project plans, specifications, and building internal bid list Tracks bid opportunities and ensures organizational needs are met in a timely manner Effectively communicates internally with co-workers as well as customers and vendors Maintains knowledge of product lines, staying informed of new products and utilizing opportunities to further educate self, enhancing professional growth Competencies Highly organized, detail oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read and understand construction plansUses logic and reasoning to work through design issues while estimating projectsMust possess a positive Can Do professional attitudeAbility to interact professionally with other employees, customers and vendors Required Education & Experience Bachelors degree in business or related field or 3 plus years of relevant experience Recent college graduates will be considered with relevant Internships Buckley Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer offering a generous package of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance, 401K with match, Profit Sharing and Paid Time Off.
