Job Description Senior Project Manager - Business Management Overview The Oracle Health Federal Consulting team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the onboarding experience for new associates. This highly visible role is critical to ensuring new team members are successfully integrated while meeting all compliance, security, and access requirements unique to the federal space. What You'll Do Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Oracle Health Federal Consulting associates Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through onboarding requirements and addressing questions or concerns Partner with internal teams to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of compliance, access, and security steps Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and proactively escalate risks or delays Develop and communicate clear onboarding instructions, status updates, and reminders to associates and stakeholders Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements to support scale and efficiency Provide mentorship and oversight to junior team members supporting onboarding coordination Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership What You'll Bring (Basic Qualifications) 5-7 years of experience in project management or onboarding coordination, preferably within healthcare technology or federal programs Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and clarity across stakeholders Demonstrated success driving projects independently and managing competing priorities US citizenship with the ability to obtain federal security clearance Preferred Qualifications PMP or other project management certification Experience onboarding associates in highly regulated environments Strong business judgment and comfort with ambiguity Proven track record of using data and metrics to drive process improvements Responsibilities Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Oracle Health Federal Consulting associates Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through onboarding requirements and addressing questions or concerns Partner with internal teams to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of compliance, access, and security steps Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and proactively escalate risks or delays Develop and communicate clear onboarding instructions, status updates, and reminders to associates and stakeholders Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements to support scale and efficiency Provide mentorship and oversight to junior team members supporting onboarding coordination Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
